Link Rhonda Green is currently serving as the Services to Youth STEM/NSBE Jr. Subcommittee Chair. Previously from 2016-2018, she served as the Chapter Parliamentarian. Link Rhonda Green is a technologist and has worked in the Information Technology sector for over thirty years. She is the Vice Chair of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Long Island Section. One of Link Rhonda’s proudest moments was being selected as the keynote speaker at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. In addition to her presentation at the UN, she volunteers to speak at numerous local events such as Microsoft DigiGirlz, Men of the Future STEAM workshops, Smithtown Industry Advisory Board International Business Day as well as the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Long Island Chapter Girls conference. She is devoted to exciting, informing and educating the youth about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math that will help them to build foundational skills they can take forward into any career path. In Link Rhonda’s spare time she is an avid golfer and enjoys sports such as tennis and football. Her dream is to one day have the opportunity to suit up and play in the National Football League or be chosen to join a spaceflight to Mars, whichever comes first!
