Caroll Annette Duncanson

Caroll Duncanson RN BSN, is the Clinical Nurse Manager for the Department of Dermatology at Columbia University Medical Center. With more than thirty years of experience in the delivery and management of health care, staff training, and staff development, she oversees the clinical operations of multiple Columbia Dermatology sites in New York City. Ms. Duncanson was a member of the Board of Directors for the NY Municipal Credit Union for over ten years serving as the Secretary of the Board and in other leadership roles. She became a Link in 2018 in the Eastern Shore NY Chapter. Soon after, Caroll joined the Finance team and became the Chapter’s Financial Secretary. She presently serves on the Health and Human Services Committee as a co-chair of Wellness and on the International Trends and Services Committee. Caroll is the Chapter’s Treasurer elect for fiscal years 2022-2024. She serves in the nursing ministry at her church and in their health missions to the Caribbean. Caroll is motivated daily by her faith, her loving husband, two sons and two daughters. In her spare time she loves to garden and entertain friends and family.
